LooksmaxAI provides an AI-powered facial analysis service that includes:

  • PSL (Physical Sexual Likelihood) rating and facial feature analysis
  • Looksmaxxing advice and recommendations
  • RizzMaxxing dating conversation advice
  • AI-powered dating profile photo generation

These services are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LooksmaxAI. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Content and Photos

When you upload photos or content to LooksmaxAI:

  • You retain all ownership rights to your photos and content
  • You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing our services
  • You represent that you have the right to upload the photos and that they do not violate any third-party rights
  • We do not store your photos permanently - they are processed and deleted after analysis
  • Generated photos created using our AI services belong to you

5. Subscription and Payment

LooksmaxAI offers both free and paid subscription plans:

  • Free Tier: Includes 3 complimentary face analyses
  • Weekly Plan: $4.99/week for unlimited access
  • Yearly Plan: $29.99/year for unlimited access

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Upload photos of individuals without their consent
  • Upload photos of minors
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models or algorithms
  • Use automated systems to access our services
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any PSL ratings or analysis
  • That the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • That any results or advice will lead to specific outcomes
  • The quality or suitability of generated photos for any particular purpose

PSL ratings and looksmaxxing advice are based on algorithmic analysis and should be used for informational purposes only. Individual results may vary significantly.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOOKSMAXAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Emotional distress or psychological harm
  • Decisions made based on our analysis or advice
  • Use or misuse of generated photos

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

LooksmaxAI uses third-party services including:

  • fal.ai for AI image generation
  • OpenRouter for AI-powered advice
  • Apple App Store for payment processing

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of LooksmaxAI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by LooksmaxAI or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without our express written permission.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to LooksmaxAI at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data at any time after termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
