4. Photo Storage and Processing

Important: We take your privacy seriously regarding photos:

  • Uploaded Photos: Photos are sent to our secure servers for processing and are immediately deleted after analysis completes
  • Local Storage: Analysis results and thumbnails are stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults
  • AI Generation: Photos sent to fal.ai for image generation are subject to fal.ai's data retention policies
  • No Permanent Storage: We do not maintain a permanent database of your photos

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

5.1 Service Providers

  • fal.ai: For AI image generation services
  • OpenRouter: For AI-powered advice services
  • Railway: For hosting our backend API (photos are processed and deleted)
